United Hotels of Portugal is a brand owned by FHG Hotel Representatives, Lda, held 100% by Portuguese companies that represent and operate independent hotels.
The brand serves as a commercial umbrella for communicating with national and international trade. Each hotel retains its own brand and positioning. Beyond the United Hotels of Portugal brand, FHG Hotel Representatives, Lda manages the Fátima Hotels Group brand, which encompasses 7 hotels in the city of Fátima.

Each hotel unit is free to develop a close relationship with its guests without losing its own brand while enhancing its own personality. However, it benefits from commercial know-how covering technology and distribution, international promotion and marketing capabilities.

We promote our hotel units with trade around the world. We developed a methodical strategy for door-to-door visits in all countries visited.
We participate in workshops developed by and with Portuguese and international institutional partners.

We maintain a trade-oriented multi-lingual reservation center, working extended hours and always responding in less than 24 hours, always with a panel of solutions suited to the operation's profile, budget and service.

Revenue Management

We manage the pricing and availability of each hotel unit considering its competitive set and market conditions. We developed our Revenue Management System that allows you to automatically update prices and availability across dozens of channels.

Eletronic distribution

We contract dozens of channels (OTA's, wholesalers, metasearch, GDS) and manage the interconnection between the Revenue Management System and Channel Manager.
